Hi, I’m Erika Milligan.

I’m a household manager, nanny, and end-of-life doula with a background in Child Development and Speech and Language Pathology. My passion is supporting families in a thoughtful, dependable, and nurturing way. I have experience caring for children of different ages while also helping households run smoothly through household tasks, organization, transporting children to activities, and day-to-day family support.

I believe in creating a calm, engaging, and supportive environment where children can feel safe, encouraged, and cared for while parents feel genuinely supported and can focus on their work. I love planning fun and developmentally appropriate activities, helping with routines, and bringing warmth, compassion and reliability into the home.
